Beijing Tongyizhong New Material Technology Corporation (BJTYZ previously as Beijing Tongyizhong Specialty Fiber Technology & Development Co., Ltd.) is a National High-tech Enterprise specialized in R&D, production and sales of HMPE fiber and its composites. BJTYZ which is subordinated to State Development Investment Corporation was established in 1999 with a registered capital of 168.5 million RMB. Through 20 years' fast development, BJTYZ has become a world-famous high performance fiber supplier that employs over 700 staff and covers plant area of 80000 square meters.
BJTYZ, one of the first domestic enterprises doing industrial technology research on HMPE fiber in China, launched the research since 1994, and has become one of the three companies took the lead in realizing the industrialization of Gel Spinning of HMPE fiber. As a pioneering enterprise in HMPE fiber, with 20 years' development, BJTYZ has its own complete intellectual property rights for key technologies. They have filed 50 patent applications, among which 35 inventive patents have been authorized, including 1 European patent and 1 Korean patent. We inspect the molecular weight, oil content, and particle size of raw materials. During production, we monitor solution viscosity, gel molecular weight, oil content, and have on-site monitoring, whole-process oversight, and a centralized control center. Our product inspection includes measuring denier, testing tenacity, modulus, and elongation, and surface inspection. We also archive quality data and add barcodes for traceability.
