Nij III Level Soft Body Armor Bulletproof & Anti-Stab Vest
1. Product Introduction
TYZ bulletproof panel is used to be inserted in vests, jackets to protect against bullets threats, like 9mm, .357. and .44 Magnum. The panel could be customized to fit in with vest size.
Outside of the panel is covered with waterproof materials, and stands against bateria as well.
The panel is made of ballistic parts of UHMWPE/Polyethylene yarns, which is very light, to greatly improve mobility of wears.
Application field: Military, Army, Police, Special Force, Security institute, Personal Protection etc., in Bulletproof Vest, Bulletproof Jacket
Applicable Carrier Options: different styles
including but not limited to vest, integrated jackets, MOLLE system, quick release, concealable, detachable design etc.
Protection Area Options: from small sizes for Children to adults, the area could be customized.

3. Production Capacity

4. Intellectual Properties and Brand
As a leading manufacturer of HMPE fiber, we attach great importance to the investment in intellectual property rights since the establishment of TYZ. We are the first HMPE manufacturers from China to be granted a European patent (EPO) with the patent number of EP1694888. In total, we have applied for a total of 86 patents, among which 69 ones are inventive patents. 60 patents were granted, including 27 Chinese inventive patents, 17 utility model patents, 1 design patent, and 15 PCT international invention patent, and these Numbers are growing.
We have registered both TYZ and DOYENTRONTEX as international Trademarks through WIPO, and also registered Patents in over 30 countries including EU, USA, China, Asia etc.
5. Quality Control and Certificates
From raw material of UHMWPE fiber to UD fabric in rolls, we have strict quality control system according to ISO 9001:2015, most of our PE UD fabric are tested in OBL, NTS, CHESAPEAKE, H.P WHITE LAB in USA and the other labs in Germany, Netherland, New Zealand, China etc. according to standards of NIJ 0101.04, NIJ 0101.06, NIJ 0101.08, GOST R 50744-9, GA-141 2010 etc. Sometimes we arrange the related testing according to customized standards listed in different tenders.
There is batch no. on each UD fabric roll, it is easier to track to the yarn batch accordingly.

A:Normally, if our stock enough we will send it to you after receiving the deposit. It depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A: Yes,we can produce by your samples.
Q4: What is your sample policy?
A: We are glad to send samples for your inspection if we have the same or similar samples in hand. To new customer, you may need to pay the sample (depends on product's value) and the express fees.
And if you want us to make the same sample as you required, which you may need to send us the original sample and the sampling charge.
