1) Raw materials for HMPE fiber: We are the first company in China who start to use Ticona(Now purchased by Celanese) HMPE powder as the raw materials for HMPE fiber. After that, Ticona explore more market in this area in China.
As a result, we very understand what raw materials we needed in order to improve the performance of HMPE fiber. We always use the best raw materials for our HMPE fiber.
We always raise the detailed index for HMPE powder, our raw materials are special produced by our supplier.
2)Process for preparing HMPE fiber: We can control our process automate by the computer .It help us easily collect all of the process date and analyze them to improve our process in time. We have filed more than 30 patents for our process for preparing HMPE fiber including 2 PCT patent which also filed in EPO and EPO.
Based on the continuing orders from different customer in worldwide, our production line always running in the whole year without any stop, as a result, our preparing process is very stable and ensure the production quality.
For example, Our typical 1600D HMPE fiber for rope, the lowest Tenacity is 31cN/dtex, and average tenacity is higher than 32cN/dtex, the performance of our 1600D HMPE fiber have been reach the level of SK75, and I here attach a table comparing the performance of different diameter DOYENTRONTEX® 1600D and Dyneema 1600D rope made by same rope manufacture in China.
3)Most advanced equipment: All of the latest equipment for producing HMPE fiber are developed and designed by ourselves, we very clear know what kind of equipment is best for producing the best HMPE fiber. At present, our equipment are always running without any stop, as a result, We can make sure the equipment running under the best condition.
4)Experienced worker: As a leading company in this area, There are more than 30% of Workers in our company work for our company more than 10 years, they can examine the production quality well.
5)Quality control for HMPE fiber:
a) We test each bobbin HMPE fiber in our testing room, and all of the performance date and process date input the bar code inside of the fiber, if there are any quality problem, we can track the problem based on the bar code.
b)We have three factories in China,two located in Beijing ,one located in Wuxi. We will recheck the test precision in this three factories for several time each month, it can make sure a dependable testing result.
c)There are less one knot in each bobbin for 1600D HMPE fiber,and almost no any broken filament for 1600D HMPE fiber.
d)Our colored fiber are wildly approved by the abroad customer from Eurocord and Cordage institute , the color fastness is very stable. Our process for colored fiber is the most advanced in China now. There are even no any tenacity loss between the natural HMPE fiber and colored fiber, as a result, you can image how stable of our preparing process.
f)We are not only certified by ISO9001 but also certified by GJB9001B which is required by Chinese army,GJB9001B is more serious than ISO9001.

6)Performance testing for HMPE fiber:
We are the main drafter of national testing standard of HMPE fiber GB/T 19975-2005, and the first drafter of HMPE fiber industrious standard, and the first drafter of abrasion resistance of HMPE fiber.
Our company also is an drafter of Chinese national stand of Fibre ropes - UHMWPE - 8 strand braided ropes, 12 strand braided ropes and covered ropes which is similar as ISO 10325:2009,Fibre ropes - High modulus polyethylene - 8 strand braided ropes, 12 strand braided ropes and covered ropes,NEQ.
So we are very familiar the testing methods of the different performance of HMPE fiber, and give our engineer a detailed feedback for improving the preparing process. Meanwhile,our customer can acquire more support from our widely testing results.
7)Technical support for our customer : There are so many rope customer from Eurocard and Cordage institute, we receive so many feedback from our customer, and accumulated rich good experience from the service for our customer. As a result, we can quickly response for any question from our customer.
8)Brand and IP: We are the most famous company in China in this area. Our Brand are widely accepted by our domestic and abroad customers. Several customer from EU want to use our Brand"DOYENTRONTEX" to help them develop more market. We file more than 50 patents in the worldwide including 3 PCT patent, and 30 of them have been approved including 1 PCT patent. We have analyzed all of the patents of DSM and Honeywell in US and EU, we can give our customer promptly feedback and support for any IP problem. And the MIliano Court Expert's final report confirm that DSM's patent are 100% invalid, it means that we will win the litigation if the judge agree with their expert comments.
9)Customer approval: We have become a qualified of Chinese Navy and army, In the cut resistance glove Application, we are the qualified supplier of Ansell who is the largest and most famous in the area of Cut resistance glove. In bulletproof production Application, we are the qualified Supplier of an Israel company since 2003 who is the largest and earliest manufacture of HMPE UD sheet. In the rope application, we are the first member of Eurocord and Cordage institute in China, there are so many customer from EU. We hope we can become a qualified supplier of Cortland in the near future, and we can become a strategy partner of Cortland in the US.
DOYENTRONTEX® WB-674 bulletproof sheet is made of DOYENTRONTEX® UHMWPE fiber. The raw material is consisted of two unidirectional arranged fiber webs which overlapped by 90°each other and laminated with special matrix materials by certain technology.
