Product Description

 

DOYENTRONTEX fiber is UHMWPE fiber developed by BJTYZ about 20 years ago. It has a unique combination of properties 
The density is slightly less than 1g/m3,so the fiber floats on water. But the tenacity is the highest in the world and can be
up to 15 times that of a good quality steel. The modulus is very high and is second only to that of special carbon fibers 
grades. Elongation at break is as low as for other high performance fibers, but due to the high tenacity the energy is high.
Nowadays DOYENTRONTEX fiber has been used in lots of applicaiton areas.

TYZ 3000 is high strength and high modulus UHMWPE fiber which is used to produce ballistic unidirectional sheet (PEUD). The ballistic fabric could be used to produce bulletpoof body armor, hard ballistic plate, ballistic helmet, etc.. The detail physical performance could be check as below:

Bar Code.

Each bobbin of our UHMWPE fiber has a bar code inside, throught which we could track the data record on central computer and learn all the property, producing date, spinning date, machine status, etc. This code is the "ID card" of each bobbin of fiber throughout its life.

Usually our trademark would attached togher with the bar code, while if neutral packing is needed, trademark would be removed depending on customer's choice.
